When will my order ship?

We are currently processing orders in 3 -7 business days, but this can be extended due to COVID related supply issues. If any of your items have been delayed on our end, we will contact you immediately.

Processing and Shipping Times

Please note that everything in our store is custom made to order. We are currently processing orders in 3 -7 business days, but during busy seasonal times like Christmas - this can be extended up to 10 business days in total due to COVID related supply issues and increased orders. If any of your items have been delayed on our end, we will contact you immediately.

We are unable to provide accurate delivery timeframes due to USPS and other shipping providers experiencing delays. 

Care Instructions

Our items are made using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Technology, which uses high quality inks that won't fade for a long time if cared for properly.

DTG printed apparel should be machine-washed inside out, on a cold gentle cycle. Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dry clean.

DTG printed apparel should be hang-dried for best results, but can be tumble dried on a slow cycle if needed. DO NOT iron the print.

Fading and cracking of the print can occur if these instructions are not followed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of the product (made to order for you) we only accept cancellations within 2 hours from purchase.

We do not accept returns.

If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at inkandstories@gmail.com. Please provide relevant photos and order details within 14 days of receiving the item\s.

Please note: We do not accept returns when you choose the wrong size, please double check the size chart in the listing before ordering.

Ink and Stories is NOT responsible for stolen packages, and the items will NOT be refunded or replaced. Please contact your local postal office for further instructions.
