Processing and Shipping Times

Please note that everything in our store is custom made to order. We are currently processing orders in 3 -7 business days, but during busy seasonal times like Christmas - this can be extended up to 10 business days due to supply issues and increased orders. If any of your items have been delayed on our end, we will contact you immediately.

Shipping times vary depending on where you are located. Most orders will be received within 7 business days from date of shipping.

We’re based in Australia and are delighted to ship to customers in the European Union!

Please note:

  • We do not charge VAT at checkout.

  • As your order is shipped internationally, you may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery.
