Our tracking details are automatically sent to you on shipping of your order, so you may receive multiple tracking emails.

Due to the custom nature of the product (made to order for you) we only accept cancellations within 12 hours from purchase.
If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@starlitprose.com. Please provide relevant photos and order details within 14 days of receiving the item\s.
Please note: We do not accept returns when you choose the wrong size, please double check the size chart in the listing before ordering.
Starlit Prose is NOT responsible for stolen packages, and the items will NOT be refunded or replaced. Please contact your local postal office for further instructions.
